The Lovely Receptionist that booked me in , sadly I didn’t take her name , so helpful and kind when I struggled with directions, Ubers and not having my phone charger. The door men Jose and Antelio ( not the correct spelling) were an absolute delight , so helpful with luggage and a HUGE reminder of what great hospitality is all about, being attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and the local areas , I Thank them and hope to return.

Room was spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed family room. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable. Black out curtains were great. Balcony with chairs overlooking the pool. spacious hallway as you walk in. Pool was lovely set in lush green gardens, exceptionally maintained.

The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered eveything you would ever want to eat, and it was excellent quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We also had a lunch and evening meal in the hotel, which was also excellent

Great service, staff where very accomodsting. Our taxi from the airport took us to the wrong hotel. It is confusing as there is another building with a very similar name. We called the hotel who got a car to collect us straight away. The hotel is not far from the hotel but the hotel provides transport to and from the beach, and also provide sunbeds at the hotel along with towels. Great views from our room and lots of facilities, swimming pool, gym and spa. Good location too

The size of the rooms, shuttle to beach was excellent and shuttle staff were excellent, and never had to wait to long, All staff, very helpful when we asked for bookings for meals etc & tried to help us. Bar area was pretty and always looked inviting in the evening with candles. Breakfast was very good, great selection.

It’s an excellent hotel, swimming pool is fantastic. Not far from the beach and they have shuttles to take you in and out of the beach.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and only a ten minutes walk from the beach. The lobby is beautiful with a great bar for drinks and snacks. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with a garden area away from the pool to take shade. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and I particularly liked the variety of fresh juices. I booked a garden view, and when I spoke to reception to express my disappointment that it was facing the carpark, I was met with a not so considerate response of ‘well there is a garden in the carpark too, if you want the garden view on the pool side of the hotel you will have to upgrade at your own cost’. I didn’t upgrade as I was on the end of the corridor and had a window in my room with a sea view at least. Considering the cost of the hotel per night coupled with the fact that there was no option for ‘carpark garden view’ or ‘pool garden view’ it was only specified as garden view, I feel the response was unjustified. However, for the remainder of my stay the staff were very nice and courteous.

Arrived late at night, just before 10pm. Restaurant closed of course, but Room service had a great menu and all available until 11pm. I enjoyed a very good dinner, Sea Bass and some really good vegetables for the fillets to sit on. Didn't get to enjoy dinner or the bar, but breakfast was good too. Great location for my purpose. I will be back there.
